The Senior Business Operations Analyst will manage day-to-day data metrics and reporting ensuring talent procurement processes are effectively managed while also supporting daily.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned to meet our business needs Become an expert in our company culture, core values, service capabilities & service offerings Build collaborative relationships with employees, leaders, candidates, and internal / externalbusiness partners Support all facets of Talent Operations scope including but not limited to data management oftalent pipeline and processes, including coordination of requisition request, approvalsprocessing, interview scheduling, on-boarding management including offer letter and employeecontract coordination, pipeline development, applicant tracking system support andcoordination, employee engagement, onboarding, general understanding of employee benefits to support employee on-boarding, analytical reporting, awareness of legal compliance related to Talent Operations, and others as required Content creation & support for presentations & communications related to Talent Operationsand/or enterprise-level projects and programs Data-minded with ability to produce high quality executive reports Training content creation and meeting management Facilitate, support and/or coordinate Talent Ops meetings and events Update internal personnel records and cloud-based talent management system Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires while supporting enterprise vision for globalonboarding consistency becoming the main point-of-contact / SME for these activities acrossregions to ensure a cohesive experience Update and manage Talent Ops resources to better enable our remote workforce with timely, accessible, and accurate information Ability to lead and/or support special projects in a dynamic, multi-tiered environment with an outcome based approach for successful implementationTroubleshoots and resolves complex inquiries and requests from internal and external clients.Reviews and monitors department processes and procedures to identify opportunities to improve service delivery to internal and external customers. May network with external contacts to research and recommend best practicesLeads and facilitates communication of best practices, policies, procedures and initiatives to support operations. Establishes processes to share knowledge and implement process improvements. Facilities process improvement by engaging appropriate resources in issue identification and resolutionTroubleshoots and resolves complex inquiries and requests from internal and external clients Additional ad-hoc administrative support within Talent Operations as neededSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGERequires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.REASONING ABILITYAbility to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIESAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Spreadsheet skill set to include advanced functions such as graphics, pivot tables, macros and database management required.SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITYDecisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.Colorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior TA Business Analyst position is $70,000 annually [or $31.52 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Senior TA Business Analyst position is $92,000 annually [or $44.25per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
