Type of Requisition: RegularClearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: SecretJob Family: Program ManagementGDIT seeks a high-performing mid-level Program Analyst to support a variety of Cybersecurity Division (CSD) workforce-related functions and services.Contract requires an active Secret or Top Secret clearance at application.Major responsibilities will include:

Extensive use of workforce and other CSD systems to service the federal workforce and organizational processes.

Support compliance, metrics and reporting for mandatory functions in functional areas including training and performance administration.

Support or maintain SharePoint or other repository content structure, organization, maintenance, development and refresh.

Day-to-day customer support to organization stakeholders, including monitoring mailboxes, managing process steps, answering questions or facilitating problem resolution with stakeholders.

Refreshing or improving tracking tools and process documentation, where needed.

Properly handling PII on a regular basis, and ensuring sound principles along the way to protect from potential data spills or unauthorized disclosure.

Draft written materials, such as process instruction, procedure, flyer, forms and other content that support business processes.

Develop tables, reports or briefings in Excel or PowerPoint that support clear, actionable and impactful business reporting to senior management.

Support QC processes on data reports (cross-checking calculations, etc.)

Support other business needs relative to the duties of the team and clients, including meeting scheduling, meeting preparation, etc.

Knowledge of federal government, workforce and/or compliance environments is a plus.

Individual must possess the following things, at a minimum:

Bachelor’s degree, plus five to seven years of relevant work experience.

Good collaboration skills, multi-tasking and a team-oriented attitude. Individual will work primarily with a small client team, with some opportunity to collaborate with other GDIT team members for some work.

Strong desire to provide excellent customer service to the workforce, helping to be responsive, caring and pointed in helping to answer their questions, meet their needs and be responsive.

Organized, with strong attention to detail and numbers.

Business writing, communication and time management skills.

Agility to operate and prioritize work successfully in a fast-paced environment.

Sound judgement and discretion in coordinating with clients, customers and stakeholders.

Demonstrated facility Microsoft Word and Excel.
