We are always on the look out for young talented individuals wanting to expand their web design skills beyond academia. You’ll be exposed to different aspects of eCommerce business that can be applied to other businesses.

Come and work for a cool company that encourages learning and experimentation. No cubicles! SUMMARY: Your primary responsibility will be updating our eCommerce catalog daily. We constantly groom the catalog with new products, bundles, updates/clarifications and rich media. You will be creating content/landing pages for new campaigns that require exceptional design and typographic skills. The ideal candidate has strong design skills evidenced by the candidate's website portfolio with emphasis on simplicity and elegance. The applicant should be comfortable translating discussed concepts to web designs and creating graphics to meet this goal. Candidates with strong copy writing skills are preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Daily updates of e-commerce product catalog

Frequent adjustments to templates and CSS style sheets

Create content/landing pages with direction from management

Work directly with management on web copy and styling

Create mockups in Adobe Photoshop for review by management REQUIREMENTS: HTML5 coding experience HTML4 for our email campaigns must be able to code by hand Exceptional CSS coding experience must be able to demonstrate proficiency Conformance to W3C standards Familiarity with different web browser rendering and cross platform compatibility issues.This position does not require any programming skills though applicants with JavaScript and PHP5 will be given consideration. Exceptional design and typographic skills Strong copy writing skills ability to paraphrase and rewrite contentAbility to prioritize tasks to meet goals

This is an awesome opportunity to garner work experience if you do not currently have years of graphic design employment and/or a degree in graphic arts.
