Develops and implements business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.

Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, partners and direct reports.

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

Leads, develops and motivates employees.

Emergent Minded ability to function in a high paced environment

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the North Charleston, SC Site.This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS).

3+ years of experience in data analysis and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA).

3+ years experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience team building, developing and motivating employees.

3+ years of experience on the 787 program.

1+ years working with (CMES) Common Manufacturing Execution System.

1+ years of experience using Velocity.

3+ years of experience leading high performing teams in fast-paced settings.

3+ years of experience in a customer service role.
