Immediate opening for an experienced Federal Contracting Registration Processor. Must be a dependable, organized, self-starter with great phone customer service skills and results oriented.

You'll be working with VP and C-Suite level decision-makers regarding the federal contracting market and our products and services to assist them in pursuing federal work.

Qualified candidates should meet the following requirements:

1) track calendar dates;

2) insert notes into CRM;

3) set appointments and make follow-up calls to clients;

4) must be fluent with Microsoft office products (Excel and Word specifically);

5) must have excellent communication skills and phone etiquette;

6) must be familiar/comfortable working with Google Cloud products (G-Suite);

7) experience in federal contracting registration, GSA schedules and/or federal certifications a PLUS;
