Groundskeeper Full Time, Benefits, 3 Weeks PTO! (Mishawaka, IN)

Do you have experience in maintaining grounds and doing light maintenance work? As Groundskeeper at Edison Pointe Apartments & Colfax Townhomes, you will be responsible for keeping the grounds and caring for the exterior of buildings as well as housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and some light maintenance work.

Responsibilities:

Grounds maintenance and caring for exterior of buildings.

Housekeeping and janitorial tasks

Other general maintenance duties as necessary

Qualifications:

One to two years of grounds keeping experience in multi-family/residential properties.

Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to other properties, if needed.

Must have basic set of tools.

Be responsible and reliable.

Have a positive, get the job done attitude.
