HR/Payroll Implementation- Contract (Dubuque IA)

HR/PAYROLL IMPLEMENTATION- CONTRACT

WAGE: $35-$45/HOUR

CONTRACT: 1ST SHIFT

LOCATION: DUBUQUE IA

must have strong implementation experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

General HR duties

New hire paperwork and entry of that for each location

Handles HR software administration/technical support

System support for HR Software, timekeeping, payroll, insurance feeds, etc

Implementation and upgrades

Supports 2 systems interacting with one another/manages the flow

Assist with implementation of new HR/Payroll System

Assist with implementation of ERP System

QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5 years HR experience

Technical ability

Experience with Sage People/HRMS/Insperity or Ceridian (Dayforce)

Proficiency in MS Office

Confidentiality and organization a must

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
