Maintenance Crew Member (Holyoke)

Open Square is seeking a mechanically inclined team member with a positive attitude to provide skilled maintenance, construction and general labor for our mixed use property. Maintenance or construction experience preferred but we will also consider training the right candidate.

Responsibilities - include trouble-shooting and maintenance in the following areas:

HVAC

roofing

landscaping

plumbing

basic construction

understand that winter work includes plowing and snow removal and you enjoy operating a plow or skid-steer loader

like using IT to make your job easier

have no issue working at heights or in basements

are able to lift 80 lbs

Additional Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Valid drivers license

Demonstrable computer abilities

Availability for overtime

Documented work experience

A plus to have:

OSHA 10 Certificate

Mass Class 1D and 2D Hoisting License

DOT Medical Certificate

This is a full time position, plus overtime, with a small, fun team. 7am - 3:30pm Monday-Friday. Starting at $15-16/hour.
