Ledgent Technology is partnering with an industry leader to search for a Solutions Architect that will help drive our customer's digital transformation. This will include working within ERP, CRM, HRIS, Sourcing, Master Data Management, and integration between these platforms. This person will be responsible to help establish an IT enterprise architecture strategy between leadership and the IT team that helps drive and enables business strategies. There are multiple strategic initiatives focused on digital transformation this person will help along with managing current and future vendors.This position can sit 100% remote but hybrid (local to Minneapolis) is preferred.

Roles and responsibilities include:
  • Establish an IT enterprise architecture strategy and work directly with various leadership teams.
  • Plan and align application portfolio against business objects to ensure completion
  • Create and lead an architecture review board
  • Drive IT architecture buy in with leadership and make sure the strategy aligns with and supports the business
  • Act as an advisor for key strategic initiatives
  • This includes large capital projects, M&A and divestitures of portfolio management
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Help IT be a champion for the business
  • Provide IT insight early in the business ideation process and drive innovation into the pipeline to illustrate where IT can differentiate
  • Define best practices, guidelines, and standards
  • Develop/communicate best practices for COE's
  • Collaborate on IT Roadmap with IT and no IT business leaders.

Requirements
  • IT Degree or equivalent, MBA is preferred
  • 15+ years of IT experience
  • 8-10 years of Solution or Enterprise Architecture experience
  • Experience with IT Leadership in a multi business multi location environment
  • Drives business process change and ability to interact at all levels of the company
  • Ability to apply strategic and business objectives to IT functional processes
  • MuleSoft, Boomi, is preferred
  • 20% travel is anticipated.
