MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (POPLAR, MT)

Immediate opening for maintenance technician in Poplar. Successful candidate will have experience in apartment maintenance or maintenance experience. Skills include basic plumbing, electrical and drywall repair. Job includes some janitorial, interior and exterior painting, maintenance of water heaters, and some landscaping work. Worker must be able to walk, stand and sit, lift up to 50 lbs, and have the ability to be on call in case of emergencies. Equal Opportunity Employer.
