Apple Repair Technician (Asheville)

Established local business seeking Apple repair technician. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as some technical knowledge of MacOS and Windows-based computers, be energetic, detail oriented, and technically inclined. A winning "customer-first" attitude with the ability to multitask, listen to, and follow directions is essential. Must be fluent with all supported Apple platforms, iCloud, laptop/desktop hardware and diagnostic/troubleshooting processes.

1-2 years professional experience desired, and Apple Certifications are also preferred but not necessary. MUST be able to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis, stand for extended periods (2+hours), and have the ability to interact with the public in a courteous and professional way. Prior experience with providing technical support, cell phone repair, networking, Linux and home automation is preferred but not required. Employment will be offered on a 90 day trial period then transition to a permanent position.
