Wellness Program Manager (Medford)

What you'll do: This position is responsible for all Wellness-related programming and activities tailored to serve Rogue Valley Manor?s senior population as well as utilization of all recreational facilities (Fitness Centers, Pools, Hobby Shop, Wood Shop, Fiber Arts & Crafts Studio, and Art Studio). Develops, schedules, and conducts programs and activities in support of resident wellness and quality of life. Supervises Wellness staff. Develops and provides timely and accurate departmental records and reporting. About Rogue Valley Manor:Rogue Valley Manor is Southern Oregon?s only Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), and the longest standing accredited CCRC on the West Coast. Its expansive campus sits atop Barneburg Hill and is home to nearly 1000 residents. Must be familiar with state regulations in regard to activities requirements. Must possess a valid Oregon driver's license, and be insurable by Manor's insurance carrier.
