Resident Manager Wanted for Salem LIHTC Property! (Salem)

Shelter Management, Inc. is looking to hire a residential manager!

Requirements are as follows:

Must have LIHTC experience

Must have knowledge and experience of Oregon landlord/tenant law

Ability to speak Spanish helpful

Must be available to live on-site

Must be able to work weekends

Must be well organized and multi-task oriented

Must be an independent worker yet able to follow directions and policies

Must have excellent customer service skills

Duties include:

Rent collection, deposits, showing potential residents available units, screening, office paperwork, resident retention, compliance with property rules, regulations and fair housing laws

Approximately 40 hours a week
