Evening Line Cook (Sunset Grille) (St. Thomas)

Sunset Grille is seeking an Line Cook for evening shifts.

Requirements for our ideal candidates are:

Two years experience cooking in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant

Advanced technical skills (knife techniques and styles, meat temps, meat/fish fabrication skills, time management, and sanitary practices)

Punctuality

Understanding and valuing teamwork

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
