Pesce Italian is seeking an experienced Line Cook.
Requirements for our ideal candidates are:
Two years experience cooking in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant
Advanced technical skills (knife techniques and styles, meat temps, meat/fish fabrication skills, time management, and sanitary practices)
Punctuality
Understanding and valuing teamwork
Flexibility to work morning and/or evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
