Case Aide (Chico)

POSITION: Case Aide

Full-Time, Benefited, Hourly, Non-Exempt

LOCATION: Passages Caregiver Resource Center

COMPENSATION: $16.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Under the direction of CRC Program Supervisor, the Case Aide will:

Answer phones and screen callers for program eligibility and appointments

Complete Intakes and provide information regarding the program

Assist with educational events and trainings

Enter data into a variety of program databases

Maintain Excel files of expenditures and inventory

Process check requests and reimbursements

Create and maintain vouchers for client services and co-payments

Other duties as assigned by supervisor

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years’ work experience.

Competence in use of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Publisher and Outlook).

Ability to enter data into databases and processing software with accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
