Busy local repair shop needs a Parts Counter Person
We are looking for an organized person to handle daily customers, Over the counter parts and accessories as well as working with Service Manager and Technicians in ordering parts for specific jobs and inventory management.
Must have previous Automotive Parts Counter experience only apply. This is a fast paced position and we need someone who knows their way around a parts department, and has excellent rapport with our customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
o Meet and greet customers, taking calls from customers
o Counter sales
o Parts ordering
o Inventory Control
o Keeping showroom clean and stocked
o Marketing Products
Required Experience:
Ideal candidates will have:
o 2 years prior experience in Automotive Parts Counter Sales.
o Outstanding communication skills
o Professional appearance and work ethic
o Great attitude with a high-energy personality
o Superior customer service skills
o Basic understanding of vehicle systems
o Basic understanding of computer keyboard operations
o Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
Required Education:
o High School Diploma or equivalent
