We are getting ready to launch an aggressive advertising program which will significantly increase our already large franchise base. We are seeking a talented bi-lingual (Spanish/English) individual who can communicate our promise of the American Dream to prospective business owners.

We offer extensive training so that you will have thorough industry knowledge. You will work in an office setting with highly developed presentation tools. You will be responsible for training and development of each new owner. New franchise owners will know you as their mentor and partner. You will experience the excitement of watching them develop and grow their businesses.

Although this is an entry level position to start, you will be compensated as you grow in knowledge and understanding of the cleaning business.

Our candidate will:

 Be bi-lingual (Spanish/English)

 Have a pleasant, outgoing personality

 Be comfortable with sales quotas and personal goals

 Be willing to follow a proven sales strategy

 Have strong presentation, communication, & interpersonal skills

 Be able to move a client to a decision.

 Be able to think on their feet

Sales experience is preferred. Minimum travel required (Pueblo)
