Crowne Park Apartments in Marion is seeking contractors to complete interior apartment renovations to include cabinet install, tile install, tub install, minor plumbing and electrical, and drywall repair/paint. Full scope of work available upon request.

Also seeking crews to demo units, rough plumb, replace windows and slider doors.

Must have own tools. We will provide materials. Contract work. Must have Liability and WC (or Waiver).

Indianapolis based company, Renewing Management. Vendors paid within 10 days of invoice receipt.
