Due to increased demand to provide for our members during the pandemic, GL, Inc. has experienced continued growth in Kansas this year leading to our expansion in opening our newest office right here in Wichita! We are seeking motivated professionals that have a great attitude followed with a solid work ethic and great interpersonal skills to join our team. The culture of our organization encourages a positive atmosphere with a constant focus on training. Our branch's territory, though headquartered in Colorado, encompasses all of Kansas, Oklahoma, Wyoming, Nebraska, Missouri and Texas.

We need to fill both Sales Management and Customer Service positions to service this territory, based here in Wichita!

Our focus is the implementation and maintenance of benefit packages, annuities, life insurance and supplemental benefits geared toward large employers and government organizations. We have contracts with organizations worldwide - providing us a NO cold calling environment as well as no door to door/friends and family tactics. In this warm environment members reach out to us to receive both their benefits packages and a detailed explanation on how they work. Punctuality, organization, and maintaining structure are important habits that we don't take for granted.

What are we looking for?

· Positive attitude and professional demeanor within an office setting

· Great communication skills with co-workers and clients

· Basic computer skills

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Goal oriented and hard working

· 2 year + customer service experience, Management experience preferred

· Ability to pass a background check

What does the day to day look like? Our employees interact with our clients to observe, evaluate and meet their financial service needs by maintaining consistent interaction. Our staff puts our clients first by providing great personal service on the phone to help them with their financial requirements.

· Interactions with clients and customers by telephone and in person regarding client needs.

· Verifying records and customer information with clients

· Able to accept additional responsibility with a positive attitude

· Ability to work independently and with a team

· Confirming meetings and customer follow ups
