Alarm Installer/Technician (Baltimore)

We are looking to hire an Experienced Alarm Technician. We are rapidly growing and need Pros that are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our Clients.

POSITION:

Experienced Field Service Technician that will cover both Installation and Service Calls of new and existing customers in their Market/ Region. This 1099 Piece Rate position and you are paid for the items that you service or install.

REQUIREMENTS

2 Years Direct Experience in Alarm Installation Industry.

Valid Drivers License.

Clean Background & Driving Record to meet Local and State Code.

Local and State Code may require License, must be willing to complete if needed.

Able to work alone and in a team environment.

Excellent Customer Service Skills.

Exceptional Communication Skills

Attention to detail and Account Accuracy.

Reliable Transportation (work vehicle)

All tools necessary to complete professional installations

Experience with Qolsys IQ2, 2GiG, and Alarm.com preferred but not required

COMPENSATION

We offer a competitive uncapped Piece Rate Pay scale with Mileage Pay and a Upgrade/ Upsales Program that allows you to earn substantially more per job.
