Working America is the community affiliate of the AFL-CIO. Our organizers work year-round to put pressure on politicians to make policies that benefit working families. In 2020, we need to help elect lawmakers that will:

Rein in corporate greed, and make the economy work for all of us

Properly fund early childhood and Pre-K programs, strong public schools, and college and adult education

Create good jobs, living wages, and an economy that works for all of us

Protect quality, affordable healthcare and health-friendly public policies for all

Ensure retirement with dignity and a strong safety net

Protect the ability for workers to join together for fairness on the job

COVID-19 UPDATE: Working America is implementing COVID-19 mitigation protocols to keep our employees and the community safe.Guaranteed $15/hr with Benefits including Paid Sick time, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays and a Health care package. Full-time position. Mon-Fri 12:30pm-9pm. Temporary position until Nov 3rd general election. The only nationally unionized canvass in the country.
