Global Recruitment Business, LHi Group is looking to welcome experienced life sciences consultants into our SciPro family. We are opening their arms to experienced consultants to join our revamped team in New York. The role will be working in partnership with the brand leader, VP and emerging leaders for the life sciences division on the East Coast of the US.

SciPro is one of our 4 emerging recruitment brands and the leader of this division will walk into an extremely lucrative equity seat. Part of The LHi Group, SciPro provides talent on an executive level, contract, permanent and retained basis to SME, big Pharma businesses and incorporating CRO's & consultancies across the Pharmaceutical, Biotech & Medical Device industries. What we're looking for:

• Prior experience managing the full-life cycle candidate recruitment process (source, network, screen, recruit, market and close top tier technology talent)

• Current experience in the Life Sciences; Bio Tech, Med Device, Pharma or related markets

• Showcase ability to partner with new clients and build strong relationships

• Ability to assess candidate's technical ability; identify and match candidate's behavioural traits

• Service delivery focussed never losing sight of the end goal - to deliver the best talent to our clients

• Self-motivated, organized and detailed/results oriented

• Strong candidate and client management and development background

• BA / BS from an accredited 4-year university preferred.
