Do you love working with dogs? No Leash Needed is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives for multiple locations. You must have a friendly attitude and be able to handle a fast paced environment. You must be detail oriented and quick on your feet. This is not a desk job - it involves assisting clients with dogs, phones, computers and greeting clients. Shifts for this position can range from 6:45 AM until 7:30 PM Monday through Friday and 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM on the weekends. Pay is based upon prior experience and solid references. We offer competitive pay and benefits for full time positions. All applicants will be required to complete a field interview.

Customer Service Representative:

This position is responsible for the care of the dogs, along with client interactions. All No Leash Needed facilities accept day camp, boarding, and training to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures

Check vet records in database for each incoming dog

Receive paperwork from new clients entering the building

Correctly check each client into database for either boarding, day camp, or training

Handle/walk upwards of 50 - 60 dogs on a daily basis

Multitask between answering phones, emails, and incoming clients

Handle a fast paced working environment

Recommend other services to existing clients

Assist in other areas of the facility if needed

Maintain broad knowledge of No Leash Needed products, pricing, and procedures

Build strong, trusting relationships with new and existing clients

Position Requirements

High School Diploma

Availability as early as 6:45 AM until 7:30 PM

Weekend and holiday availability

Previous customer service experience (1+ years)

Strong communication skills

Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally

Capable of handling dogs upwards of 100+ pounds

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Basic math skills

Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge

Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
