building maintenance technician (lincoln)

looking for a technician who is skilled in all aspects of building maintenance, HVAC, lite Electrical and general plumbing, carpentry and appliance repair. Must be a team player. This is a full time position with excellent pay and benefits. Must be willing to work on call every 5 to 6 weeks.
