Develops and adapts the product vision; represents the core KYCenterprise function and creates a product vision together with yourstakeholders
Oversees/manages detailed information gathering from the businessteams and specialist teams (UX, Analytics etc.), preparing the handover ofrequirements to Scrum teams in the form of EPICs and User Stories
Analyzes potential product enhancements and requests, to determinethe best way to develop and build the best solution in the time available,setting the expectations for the delivery of new functionality
Ensures good backlog management by creating a manageable productbacklog with items that likely will get realized
Ensures Scrum meetings allow for honest and direct feedback,provides sprint goals, completes planning, and gets feedback via retrospectives
Observes, analyzes, and learns the market, customers, and endusers of the product
Maintains regular touchpoints with every stakeholder of theproduct
Own a complex product or multiple simple to medium complexproducts and be comfortable making decisions based on input from the customerand the teams
Other Job Duties
Takes backlog refinement seriously and spends time refining theProduct Backlog, adding detail as you go - Be organized, with the ability toimpact business change and to switch from tactical execution to broaderbusiness-wide thinking
Measures value delivered to customers in each sprint
QualificationsRequiredExperience
10 years related experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree
Skills
Skills in delivering results, with a track record of achievement,accountability and translating complex strategies into actionable plans
Analytical, planning and organizational skills and a talent formanaging competing demands is a plus - Skills in time-management, with a provenability to set priorities, manage deadlines, and make data-driven decisions
Judgement and problem-solving skills, demonstrating soundjudgement in assessing risks and making decisions that balance a variety offactors while always maintaining the integrity of the core values and businessstrategy
Relationship building, stakeholder management, communicationskills and being an engaged influencer
Competency with Minimal Viable Product (MVP), project life cycles,structured analysis and process methodologies
Writing user stories for scrum teams, and delivering businessvalue leveraging your training
Knowledge of at least one lifecycle tool such as Jira / CA PPM(Clarity) / CA Rally
