About position
The Online Coordinator will work closely with the Online Campus Pastor to collaborate on the execution and evaluation of the online campus. This is a full-time 40 hours starting Septmeber 1st. This position is location at the Manchester Christian Church Bedford Campus.

You Will Be:
Conceptualizing and producing videos to further highlight the ministries of Family Life, Outreach, and Groups at MCC.
Editing Sunday messages video to be archived and posted online
Recruiting and scheduling volunteers/staff to host the Thursday evening and Sunday morning
online experiences
Participating in hosting online services on CHOP, Facebook, and YouTube
Broadcasting the “This is the Day” stream(MTWT) and Fasting (20th of every month) streams Monitoring the chat on “This is the Day” and the Fasting broadcast. Follow up as necessary
Gathering online worship experience stats. Presenting to the Online Campus Pastor during the weekly Online Campus meeting
Gathering This is the day stats daily. Presenting to the Online Campus Pastor during the weekly Online Campus meeting
Attending staff, Online Campus, and Creative team meetings.
Uploading weekend services to Facebook and YouTube
Uploading sermon weekly to YouTube
Clipping/Cutting songs weekly for YouTube
Clipping/Cutting segments from “This is the Day”
Organizing and managing MCC YouTube playlists
Researching latest trends in broadcasting and digital expressions as they relate to the Online Campus Assisting creative team in videography and photography
Consistently evaluating current broadcast systems and their stream quality
Troubleshooting any technical problems specializing in providing proactive solutions
You Have:
Technical experience in production and video broadcasting required.
Ability to maintain the status and manage the progression of multiple projects with deadlines. Ability to work well with peers and supervisors to achieve a common goal.
Desire and aptitude to learn new technology and trends in websites, social media, and video. Proficiency in all social media platforms required.
Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects (or comparable software) required.
Experience in WordPress, ProPresenter, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
