P/T Full charge bookkeeper

Marlton NJ based, telecommunications contractor is looking for experienced full charge bookkeeper for an extremely fast-paced and exciting environment. We are small, very stable and fast-growing, providing direct contracting services to public telecommunication companies.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

managing/processing fairly straight forward purchasing & very light inventory

managing/processing complex accounts receivable & collections process

working with project managers in both creating and processing multiple types of change orders/billings

managing/processing fairly standard Accounts Payable process

working with project managers/playing integral role in job cost accounting

Qualifications

must have strong track record of full charge bookkeeping experience

high energy and a positive attitude necessary

willing to constantly learn and adapt to new software platforms

must have experience in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

problem-solving skills and thinking out of the box a must

any type of General contracting, subcontracting or construction experience extremely helpful

This 20-25 hours p/week position, salary is based on experience. Hours can be flexible & customized depending on personal vs company needs. Very exciting, perfect position for the right candidate. Please forward resume
