The Systems Analyst, Consultant will report to the Health Solutions Resource Manager. In this role you will collaborate with our business and IT partners to enable business capabilities that contribute to business growth and transformation. Working within and Agile framework, you will define and deliver solutions that meet business objectives to ensure the product continuously delivers value to our business partners. Your WorkIn this role, you will:

  • Formulate/define system scope and objectives based on user needs for high complexity changes
  • Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems and devices to process data
  • Prepare detailed program specifications and flowcharts, and coordinates system installations with user departments
  • Analyze all aspects of business unit functions to determine application, integration and optimal use of information systems
  • Design and develop approaches that are implemented by others
  • Partner with business and IT teams to assess, prioritize, solution, design and deliver solutions that meet business outcomes within an Agile delivery model
  • Use interpersonal and verbal/written communications skills to manage vendor relationships, and to provider oversight for contingent resources
  • Take initiative to identify and implement process best practices and efficiencies
  • Use analytical and problem-solving skills to solve for business needs
Your Knowledge and Experience
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 8 years of professional experience directly related to all aspects of the primary product, program, or technology
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent problem solving and consulting skills
  • Basic software development background, knowledge, and experience with foundational understanding & adherence to development standards, security policies, and sustainable design practices.
  • Business requirements gathering and liaison with products, project delivery and business teams across the organization
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interact with Senior Management
  • Demonstrated experience in utilizing skills in planning, organizing, leading and coordinating multiple projects
  • Demonstrated experience in mapping/documenting (in Visio, PowerPoint, or other software) how systems relate to each other, also known as STTM (Source to Target Mapping)
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Working knowledge of JIRA
