Job Description
IAA is seeking a Dispatcher for our facility in Sussex, WI.

Responsibilities include: (include but are not limited to)- Distributing all assignments and deliveries to drivers.
- Provide all necessary paperwork to the drivers for each pickup and delivery.
- Reviewing driver logs and timecards to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor equipment operations and report any necessary maintenance or breakdowns that occur.
- Monitor fuel consumption.
- Coordinate and direct all towing reports.
- Communicate any driver problems or potential problems that may occur to manager.
- Maintain good labor relations with the drivers.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in the equipment rental or construction industry and/or related field preferred
- Positive attitude
- Excellent verbal communication
- Professional and clean appearance
- Able to communicate effectively
- Ability to function well as part of a team
- Tow dispatch experience preferred
- Some knowledge of DOT/Safety regulations
