WAREHOUSE/DELIVERY DRIVER POSITION AVAILABLE

Englund Marine, a leader in the Marine and Fishing industry is looking for an experienced warehouse / delivery driver person for our Astoria, OR location. Duties include but are not limited to:

Loading and unloading trucks

Driving truck and delivering products

Checking in and stocking freight

Maintain a clean working environment

Fill orders by accurately picking merchandise from warehouse

Process customer orders using a computer system

Restock shelves from back stock and new shipments

Prepare merchandise for shipping, load trucks, and other misc. duties

Other duties as assigned by Warehouse or Operations Manager

Skills and Experience Required:

Valid class C driver’s license a must

Requires the ability to repetitively lift over 50 lbs

Able to move freely about the facility, climb stairs, stoop, bend, kneel, stand, and walk for extended periods of time; up to and over 8 hours a day

Must be capable of picking orders in a fast paced warehouse environment

Must be able to climb ladders up to 6’ high while pulling orders

Must be able to lift packages of products from overhead shelves

Must be able to push and pull a hand truck and maneuver pallet jack

Must have valid driver’s license

Outstanding customer service skills

Forklift operation and ability to pass certification course

Understand basic computer operations as needed for inventory & customer look up. Excel skills a plus!

Must be able to read and follow instruction

Possess excellent attention to detail

UPS Worldship and Starship experience preferred

Time Requirements:

Job is Monday through Friday with some weekends during the year

Base hours are 7:30am through 5:30pm

Longer hours are sometimes required during busy times or special events
