We are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Assistant to join our growing team at Fabiscon Transport. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart and hungry to develop and design their marketing skills.

What You’ll Do:

Complete tasks in creative and effective ways.

Manage office administration requirements for the company.

Coordinate office supply purchases and operates telephone services.

Take the lead in resolving any administrative problems.

Answer calls/emails when necessary.

Input and organize data into computerized management spreadsheets/documents.

Interface with clients and employees.

Directly support our team in coordinating event logistics and execution.

Assist in the creation of branded marketing materials and plan creative strategies to grow sales.

Work alongside our content team to distribute content across all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Google)

Manage inbound social media messages and respond to post comments

Get your hands on all things marketing and digital marketing.

And other business-related assignments as needed.

Education And Experience Requirments:

High School Diploma, GED or related experience; BA/BS and 1 year of administrative assistant/secretarial experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to learn and apply an advanced understanding of the company and its functional policies and processes.

Ability to manage dynamic calendars for management.

Advanced writing skills to compose more complex, detailed correspondence and recommend updates to department documents as needed.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Working knowledge of email and office equipment.
