Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services is currently seeking to hire an engineer with interest, knowledge, and/or experience in the area of Product Management to become part of the AH-64 Apache Training Systems team in Hazelwood, MO. The AH-64 Apache Training Systems team is responsible for the design, development, manufacture, integration, testing, maintenance, and delivery of Boeing’s Longbow Crew Trainer (LCT) series of training products, supporting both international and domestic customers. The selected candidate will go on to lead the engineering execution for our LCT software modernization efforts. Working in a Scaled Agile Framework, this leader will have the technical responsibility for ushering this work through the engineering life cycle.This is an amazing opportunity to help drive technical excellence across all aspects of the program!Position Responsibilities:Primary point of contact for all engineering aspects of development on the software modernization efforts.

Collaborate with other engineering leaders, program managers, and external customers. Interfacing with shared resources such as software, hardware, IT, and supplier teams as required.

Support project planning and status activities including proposals, estimates, scheduling, and business systems status inputs for multiple contracts and deliveries.

Understand, support, and apply agile principles, practices, and processes.

Provide support to control account managers (CAMs) to manage cost, schedule, and execution of all programs and cost accounts within the team.

Play an integral role in the development of the Statement of Work (SOW) and estimates to meet the requirements of our customers

Develop and maintain the product roadmap, which determines how features are intended to be implemented.

Identify risks, issues, and opportunities, and develop mitigation or execution plans.

Ensure the product is complete prior to delivering to the customer.

This is a hybrid position that allows some telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Hazelwood, MO.This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor Degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or physics

3+ years of career experience in systems engineering, systems integration, and/or software engineering

1+ years of experience leading engineering teams

1+ years of experience working with agile principles and frameworks

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience in the Aerospace Industry

Experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)

Experience with Engineering Best Practices (EBP)

Experience with the AH-64 Apache family of rotorcraft

Experience in requirements elicitation, systems integration, or system test

Experience with supporting a product from contract award through sell-off

Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), CAM certification

Experience working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
