Skilled Apartment Maintenance Tech- Full Time Position (Oak Creek)

Coachlight Communities, based in Oak Creek, is looking for full-time maintenance professionals!

Prefer some knowledge of:

Electrical

HVAC & Boiler Systems

Appliance repair

Painting

Installation of ceramic tiles, cabinets, countertops, etc.

General apartment maintenance

Plumbing

Carpentry

Ability to deal with a wide variety of people

Requirements:

2+ years prior maintenance work preferred

40 hrs. per week

Ability to work outside in all weather conditions including snow removal

Rotating on-call schedule for after hour emergencies

Bending, twisting, heavy lifting involved

Must have a valid driver's license

Must pass background check

Friendly, honest, and great work ethic are a must

Good communication skills
