Apartment Maintenance Tech- Full Time Position (Oak Creek)

Coachlight Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide general maintenance and repair services to our portfolio of apartments. We are a well-established real estate and property management company based in Oak Creek, WI, with numerous multi-family properties. Our Maintenance Technicians handle work orders and other special projects within our properties. They interact regularly with our tenants, management staff and outside vendors. They play a key role in keeping our apartments and common areas fully operational.

Job Qualifications:

- Must have excellent time management skills

- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions including snow removal

- Minimum of one (1) year apartment building maintenance experience preferred

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work independently

- Honest and reliable

- Valid driver's license

- Be available for after-hour building emergencies (on-call schedule), overtime as needed

- Be able to pass a background check / credit check

The ideal candidate will have experience handling repairs that involve the following skills:

- Plumbing

- Electrical

- Carpentry

- Drywall patch and repair

- Painting

- Appliance Repair

- Taking direction and accomplishing daily goals

Compensation:

- Negotiable/ based on experience
