Hotel Manager/Innkeeper (Bisbee, AZ)

Full time (5 days a week) manager/innkeeper needed immediately for our 8-room boutique hotel in the heart of Old Bisbee. For 15 years, we have delivered the nicest rooms in town and we are looking for a candidate who can bring their hospitality skills to our guests. The Innkeeper shall possess a positive, friendly and energetic attitude, and exceptional communication skills with the ability of making our guests feel at home.

Job requirements include:

- management of on-site staff and proactive with maintaining the condition and cleanliness of the property

- oversight of guest experience, including reservations, guest arrival, computer skills, social media skills

- hours include a 7AM to Noon shift, as well as a 3PM to 6PM shift. Manager must work weekends, and should reside or be willing to re-locate to Bisbee.
