Terranova Construction is looking for an office assistant:
We are an up and coming Construction company with work all over the Bay Area and are in need of help in the office. We are currently looking for a part time office assistant and possibly, depending on performance, move into a full time position.
We are looking for a candidate who has enthusiastic attitude that can easily self-generate and self-motivate without being closely managed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Read and respond to emails/calls.
-Organize calendar for project manager.
-Assist in sales by following up with potential and current clients (possibility of bonus).
-Create invoices, checks, and minimal bookkeeping.
-Assist the project/manager/owner in tasks throughout the day.
-get quotes from specific vendors
REQUIREMENTS:
-Self starter.
-A can do attitude.
-Have proper grammar and understanding a conversation between you and the client.
-desire help the company grow.
minimal experience on Excel, Word, Etc(will train the right candidate)
-Excellent costumer services (we pride ourselves in having top quality costumer service with fast and prompt response)
-construction knowledge preferred but not necessary.
-fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
SCHEDULE:
Mon-Fri 9am-3pm with possibility of turning into full time.
