Personal Assistant (Simi Valley)

Hey,

We are looking for a Personal Assistant (experience preferred, but we prefer the right person over experience)!

Our household is a friendly, energetic working environment where requests and duties will vary depending on what is needed to be done at the time. We run a forklift business from home and most duties will be based around assisting the business and doing personal errands for the owner. This position does not require you to always be at our home, you can do some of the work virtually.

Location: Woodranch, Simi Valley.

Hours: Part-time while training (approx. 2 weeks), 30-40 hours thereafter

Pay is based on experience (we will pay well for the right person between $15 - $25).

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Help to organize the owners workflow, assist with making life easier, by assisting where possible with the business. This could be things like writing quotes, reading emails, assisting with customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing checks etc general assistant duties. Then there will be times where you may be asked to run personal errands, like managing personal accounts, getting our cars cleaned/ taking the dog to be groomed etc.

Your work days will never be repetitive or boring!

There is huge potential to grow with us as our business is growing rapidly and there is no sign of slowing down, we plan to be in Malibu in the next few years, so you will be looked after.
