Treatment Plan Coordinator/Patient Coordinator (Fairfax)

Established Fairfax Practice looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Treatment

Plan Coordinator. This is a full-time position. Ideal candidate will have high

standards of quality, excellent organizational and verbal skills, and exceptional

customer service.

Minimum Requirements:

1-2 years' experience presenting dental treatment plans

Knowledge of insurance plans

Efficient

Team Player

Responsibilities:

Present and explain treatment plans and financial options to patients

Track treatment plans and follow up on unscheduled treatment plans

Submit and track claims

Submit and track pretreatment estimates

Insurance verification

Track referrals

Perform general front office duties as required i.e. Greet patients, answer phones,

schedule appointments, collect payments etc.

Hours:

M:8am-4pm, T: 7:30am-5pm, W:7am-4pm, TH:7:30am-5pm

Salary: Commensurate with experience
