Real Estate Paralegal with litigation (Sarasota)

Ulrich, Scarlett, Wickman & Dean, P.A., a downtown Sarasota law firm, is seeking an experienced 2+ year real estate and litigation paralegal to help manage a busy practice with residential and commercial real estate transactions, as well as commercial litigation. Must have the ability to take a file from contract to post-closing completion through issuance of title policy with minimal assistance. Ability to prepare and file motions, notices, and basic pleadings and assist with scheduling. Candidate should have high level of responsiveness in all communications. Qualifications: A qualified candidate must have at least 2 years experience, professional demeanor, initiative, and must be analytical and a team player. Candidate must also have excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the highest level of client service. Professional, effective, timely, and appropriate interaction with buyers, sellers, lenders, realtors, clients, attorneys, and judicial assistants. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are required.
