Job Duties:

First point of contact for support of all software applications including Microsoft Office, Windows 10 and iManage DMS along with various legal industry software.

Provide computer, network and software support to the end-user community via telephone, email, remote-access or in person.

Install or relocate computer systems, including monitors, printers and scanners.

Performs other IT related duties and may be on-call as assigned.

Create documentation of processes and tasks as needed to assist users.

Initiate support calls to software vendors to report and resolve issues.

Escalate issues to Tier 2 support as required.

Requirements:

· Must have good interpersonal skills and a customer service oriented attitude. Ability to handle a number of projects at once, prioritize and to work under pressure.

· Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10

· Proficient in Microsoft Office 2016 or 2019 or 365

· Knowledge of iManage DMS and other legal applications a plus.

· Ability to document technical processes to create end-user documentation.

· MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) Certification preferred.

· MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) Certification in Windows 10 preferred.

· Candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
