Professional Insulation Installer (Portland)

Casco Bay Insulation is a high performance insulation company that prides itself on creating exceptionally comfortable and durable homes. As a member of our crew, you will insulate and weatherize homes in Greater Portland including the islands of Casco Bay. The successful candidate for this position will have at least two years’ experience installing dense-pack cellulose insulation, but we are willing to train the right candidate. As a team member, you will perform various insulation tasks including air sealing, netting, installing cellulose and air barriers.

We work on a wide variety of projects and no two days are the same. One day you may be working on a new home installing dense pack cellulose, and the next you could be insulating a crawlspace in a 1900s farmhouse. We work inside and outside year round rain or shine. Flexibility is crucial: quality is required.

We work Monday through Friday 7AM - 4:30PM. We do not work on weekends. We offer paid holidays and the opportunity to grow with our company and be challenged by new opportunities. We are a non-smoking company. Candidates must be drug-free. You must have reliable transportation as well as a clean driving record.
