Furniture Finishing & Waxing Technician. (Stevensville)

At IATESTA STUDIO we are renowned in the industry for both the variety and the quality of our finishes. After our handcrafted pieces are thoroughly sanded and prepared, our finishing department applies one of 300+ custom wood finishes. Our Finishing + Waxing Technicians apply the finish coating of wax to our line high-end custom-made furniture, install hardware, and complete the final assembly process.No experience necessary. Our training program, combined with your ambition, hard work, and desire to excel may lead to building a long-term career as a Senior Artisan.Qualified candidates must have the following skills and background experience:

Attention to detail

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on the fly

Always exhibits safe working practices

Maintains a clean and organized work area

An appreciation of typical high-end cabinetry and furniture is helpfulAdditionally, all applicants must have these abilities and skills to be successful:

Responsible, self-motivated, and reliable

Have a good attitude and positive vibes

Ability to work as a team player in a deadline driven environment

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. without assistance on a regular basis, and heavier items with the help of others

Ability to stand for long periods while on the job

Available to work FULL-TIME 7am - 3:45pm Monday thru Friday (minimum of 40 hours/week). Our Artisans enjoy getting off work at 3:45!

Available to work occasional overtime as needed on weekdays and/or weekends

Position is onsite in Stevensville, Maryland. Remote work is not availableBenefits available upon eligibility:
