Closing Attorney (South Coast and South Shore)

Seeking a MA Licensed Attorney to conduct Real Estate closings/signings in Massachusetts as an independent contractor for a busy law firm. This position requires some experience conducting real estate transactions. Work may be based around your provided schedule and location primarily in Plymouth, Bristol, Norfolk, Barnstable and/or Suffolk Counties. Must be a current MA Notary Public with reliable transportation and the ability to print documents. Required to travel to the borrower’s location (usually outdoors maintaining a distance in mask).

Flexibility and reliable transportation are important. $125 is the base fee for each signing.
