Customer Service Representative (Chicopee, MA)

National Vinyl LLC, an equal opportunity employer, is a growing local window manufacturer looking for a Customer Service Representative. This individual must possess computer skills, have mathematical understanding and excellent communication/phone skills with the ability to multitask. This very detailed oriented position requires the following skill sets: organization, communication, phone presence, pleasant demeanor when interacting with internal and external customers, and common sense. The position will be trained in a multitude of areas and having a background in the window, door, and/or building experience is a big plus. A grasp on general accounting and the use of Quickbooks is helpful as is previous order entry and/or customer service experience. Competitive compensation and benefits package are provided.
