Well regarded Hospital in the city of West Hills, CA is seeking for on-site Call Center Representatives.Pay : $16/hr plus overtimeLocation: On-site/ West Hills, CANo High School Diploma RequiredContract-to-Hire Opportunity3 Shifts AvailableJOB DUTIES:Candidates will be responsible for taking inbound calls from other facilities and notifying Doctors/Physicians that a patient has been admitted to the hospital. They will operate as a liaison between nurses and physicians. Customer Service and Professionalism is mandatory at all times. 1 year of Call Center Experience ( Healthcare is a Plus)

Ability to Navigate Web Portal and Microsoft Office
