We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead a highly acclaimed restaurant in Western Michigan. We need a rising star candidate who has previous restaurant experience in a leadership role (supervisor or manager). Those with experience with craft beer, wine, and craft cocktails are highly preferred. A Manager who enjoys a very busy atmosphere and leading a team would be an ideal fit.
Ideal candidates will have:
-Hospitality Degree
-1-2 years of Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor experience
-Experience in ordering, inventory management, labor management, and scheduling
-Exceptional training skills
-Good craft beer, wine, and craft cocktail knowledge
-Excellent customer service skills
-Any additional certifications are a plus (e.g. Sommelier, Cicerone, BarSmarts, etc.)
Benefits:
-Base salary range of $40K-$55K, depending on experience
-5 day, 50 hour work week
