Home care needed for brain-injured patient (Cedar)

Patient is a 44 yr old, brain injured woman requiring total care. Patient communicates using a basic eye blink for yes/no. She lives with her family in an apartment in a private home in the Cedar/Traverse City area. We need staffing 3-4 shifts a week. Shifts needed 3:30pm - 11:30pm. No night shifts needed. Paid training is provided. Caregiver must be able to turn patient in bed and use an electric lift. Shared weekend and holiday availability is required. Dependability and reliable transportation are a must. Non smoker is required due to patient’s severe allergies. Applicant will be part of an established team and will follow a structured schedule developed to maximize patient’s well being and safety.
