Missoula based electrical company looking for an experienced bookkeeper/office manager to perform a variety of bookkeeping and administrative tasks. Duties include providing support to Owners and electricians and managing all daily office needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and have experience working within QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

Answer phones; take messages and schedule service calls

Maintain company email

Invoicing

Handle all accounts payable and receivable transactions

Collect mail from post office

Bank Deposits

Process payroll and pay payroll taxes

Qualifications

Positive, honest, reliable, and self-motivated

Must have excellent customer service skills

Effectively prioritize and organize office tasks

Ability to process information accurately and efficiently

Ability to be a team player

Ability to operate a ten-key calculator with accuracy and speed

Strong skills with QuickBooks software

Must be able to use Microsoft suite efficiently

$15.00/hour

40-hour work week, M-F

Medical, Dental and Vision

1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment

All major holidays that fall on the work week paid
