Job description
Daily duties include but are not limited to:
· Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments
· Scanning, faxing, emailing, etc.
· Organizing receipts
· Invoicing and receiving payments
· Maintain an efficient and organized office environment
· Following up with clients over the phone regarding estimates and basic knowledge of industry
· Communicating and working with all office staff to ensure effective job production
Requirements:
· Must be reliable and punctual
· Must be able to work independently AND as a team member
· Must be hardworking and organized
· Must be able to work in a fast paced office
· Must have solid bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks or ability to learn
· Must have working knowledge of Google Calendars and Google Maps
· Must be able to handle heavy call volume
· Must be able to interact professionally with customer, contractors, and vendors
Preferred but not required:
· Bilingual (English/Spanish)
· Dog lover, we have an office dog
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
